A capsule house import broker question register gives the importer and its appointed broker one controlled list of project facts, document references, questions, responses and open actions. It reduces the risk of applying an answer from a different shipment or jurisdiction.
This register is not customs, classification, tariff, tax or legal advice. The appointed broker, importer of record and relevant authorities determine requirements for the actual goods, documents, route and destination.
State the Shipment Context
Record the project, seller, buyer, shipment reference, destination, planned transport method and current document revisions. Mark assumptions as assumptions. A useful question needs enough verified context for the broker to understand what is being asked.

Preserve the Original Response
Do not rewrite a qualified or conditional answer into a definitive instruction. Keep the original response, attachments and date. If shipment facts change, reopen the question rather than assuming the previous answer still applies.
Close Questions with Evidence
Record the document or decision that closes each action and who accepted the outcome. Separate broker guidance from decisions reserved for the importer, technical team or authority.
