A capsule house delivery route exception log keeps a changed road, access, timing or site condition connected to evidence, restrictions, responsible parties and an authorized decision. It prevents a driver, supplier or site team from improvising around a route problem without a controlled handoff.
The log is not a transport engineering assessment, permit, carrier or road-safety approval. The appointed carrier, route specialist, authorities, site manager and other qualified parties must decide what movement is permitted.
Reference the Approved Baseline
Record the route-plan revision, vehicle and load reference, delivery window, origin, destination and approving parties. State exactly where the exception occurs. Do not overwrite the baseline drawing or route record with an unapproved workaround.

Control Revised Information
Issue a revised route or instruction through the approved channel. Confirm receipt with the carrier and destination team. Keep superseded information identifiable so it cannot be mistaken for the current plan.
Close the Handoff
Record the final decision, new timing assumptions, affected contacts and remaining open items. A closed exception should show evidence of authorized disposition, not merely that the delivery continued.
