18 Sep Utility Isolation Labels
A capsule house utility isolation register connects each physical label with an approved identifier, location and controlled project record. Its purpose is to help authorized teams find the correct documented point without guessing from appearance or relying on memory.
The register is not an isolation procedure and does not authorize anyone to operate equipment. Electrical, water, drainage, gas, data and other services require project-specific design, local compliance review and work by appropriately qualified personnel.
Define the Register Boundary
List only the services included in the verified project scope. Name the responsible document owner and the drawing or schedule that governs each identifier. If a service remains provisional, mark it provisional rather than assigning a final-looking label.

Keep Identification Separate from Operation
A readable label does not prove that a device is suitable to operate, isolated or safe. The approved permit, lockout or site procedure must define authority and verification. The register should point to that procedure without reproducing an uncontrolled sequence.
Verify at Handover and After Change
Compare installed labels with the latest approved records during handover. Photograph or otherwise record the label only when site policy permits. After relocation, replacement or design change, reopen the affected register entries and preserve the previous revision history.
